Affordable and budget-friendly pricing
Our 15-hour rentals include tons of extras plus top-notch service from the Creamer and Thomas families.
For 2025 weddings our Monday – Wednesday rentals are $2,000. Thursdays are $2,500. Friday and Sunday weddings are $4,000 and Saturdays are $4,500.
2026 weddings start at $2,500 for Monday – Wednesday rentals. Our Thursdays are $3,000. Friday and Sunday rentals are $4,500 and Saturdays are $5,000.

From the gorgeous white exterior, to the stunning pond, waterfall and beautiful interior, our venue is just what you’re looking for. With multiple ceremony locations inside and out, you can design your day just the way you want it.

The Spaces
We specialize in small to medium sized events with 50 to 120 guests. Our indoor reception or ceremony space is white and bright and accommodates your guests at round tables. Plus, we have space for food tables, a dessert table, a dance floor, a DJ set up, photo backdrop and more. You can customize the space to fit your needs.
Our bride’s room and groom’s garage provide awesome areas for getting ready and hanging out with your most important people on your big day, not to mention beautiful spots to take photos you’ll love forever!
The Extras
Why buy a ton of expensive decor for one day when you can use ours for free? You can choose from gold and silver charger plates, lanterns, glass vases, bud vases, wooden discs, coolers, signs and more. Bring a few special pieces and let us provide the rest. Plus, we include tablecloths in white, ivory, navy, black, hunter green and light blue.
And here’s something big….. we’re completely open vendor for food. Why should we be concerned with the food you choose for your big day? Enjoy the flexibility to make your own, use a cool caterer, order pizza or even hire a food truck. It’s up to you!

We’re 10 minutes from Arlington, 20 minutes from Fort Worth and 40 minutes from Dallas.
